I'm not sure any human will receive this. I sent an email to the address provided prior to delivery of my order with an important amendment to the note on the card, which was not made. I requested confirmation of the email which was not received. While the handwritten note is a nice touch, it was hard to read. Delivery of flowers is not rocket-science. I expect perfection. They were delivered to the right place and on time, so you avoid the lowest score possible.
